Who Runs ASEF

The Alaska Science & Engineering Fair (ASEF) is a nonprofit group that is run by a Board of Directors. The committee consists of professionals from the educational and scientific community. Committee members who live outside of Anchorage teleconference for the monthly planning meetings.

The Alaska Science & Engineering Fair is an Intel-Affiliated Science Fair. To find out more about Intel Science Fairs, see the ISEF website.

During the Fair, many other volunteers from around the community help to judge and do the other work that makes the Fair run smoothly. Please thank these wonderful people personally while you are at the Fair! Without their many hours of hard work, the Fair simply could not happen.

The Alaska Science & Engineering Fair is funded by private donations from all over Alaska. To see how you can sponsor a prize, send a winner to the International competition, or donate funds to help present the Fair, please see the Sponsor/Donate page.
